**Terms and Conditions for DREAM HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES**

**1. Definition of Services Provided**  
DREAM HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES is a company specializing in professional cleaning services for homes and offices. Our services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and emergency cleaning. The services are provided according to the scope of work agreed upon with the client, and the company reserves the right to modify or update the type of service in line with the client's actual needs.

**2. Pricing of Services**

Service prices vary based on the number of hours,workers and the type of service. There are three service types: hourly home cleaning, hourly office cleaning, and deep cleaning. The customer selects the desired service hours and frequency. Pricing is displayed accordingly on the website and app. The choice of cleaning materials also affects the price. If there are any changes or additional requests during service delivery, the company has the right to revise the pricing and inform the client of any necessary adjustments before continuing with the service.

**3. Scheduling and Rescheduling**  
Timely service is a key part of our agreement with clients. Clients must notify us of any changes or requests to reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to notify may result in rescheduling fees or delaying the service to a later date. Clients can update their booking dates through the website or applications, in accordance with the specified terms. If our team is delayed or unable to attend the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact the client to arrange an alternative time at no additional cost.

**4. Cancellation Policy**  
Services can be canceled without charge if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made after this period, the company reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the total service fee. If the service is canceled after the team has arrived on-site, the full service fee will apply.

**5. Quality Guarantee**  
We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services that meet our internal and industry standards. If the client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify the company within 24 hours of the service completion. We will re-perform the service to address any deficiencies at no additional cost. Complaints made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.

**6. Payment Terms**  
Payment for services must be made upon completion unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, credit card payments, or bank transfers. In case of late payments, the company reserves the right to suspend future services and apply late fees of up to 5% of the outstanding amount for each week of delay.

**7. Liability for Damages**  
DREAM HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES commits to taking all necessary measures to ensure no damages occur to property during service delivery. If any damage occurs, the client must report it immediately. After investigation, the company will determine appropriate compensation if the damage is proven to be due to negligence by the team. The company will not be responsible for damages caused by faulty equipment or materials provided by the client.

**8. Protection of Personal Property**  
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings that have not been secured or removed from the work area before the start of service. Clients are advised to secure valuable items and personal belongings to avoid damage or loss during cleaning.

**9. Required Facilities and Equipment**  
Clients must provide basic facilities such as water and electricity at the service location. If these facilities are not available, the company reserves the right to postpone the service and charge additional fees to compensate for the time and effort. Clients are also responsible for ensuring easy and safe access to the cleaning site.

**10. Additional Costs**  
In some cases, the service may require additional materials or equipment, or may require extra effort if the site requires intensive cleaning unexpectedly. In such cases, the company will inform the client in advance of any additional costs before continuing the work.

**11. Health and Safety Regulations**  
DREAM HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES is committed to following all required health and safety standards. Our team is equipped with approved cleaning materials and equipment that comply with environmental safety standards. Clients are expected not to interfere with the workflow to ensure the safety of the team and to provide a risk-free working environment.

**12. Protection of Personal Data**  
The company respects the privacy of its clients and is committed to protecting their personal data. Personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing and improving service quality. No personal information will be shared with any third party without the client's consent, except as required by applicable laws.

**13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution**  
In case of any complaints regarding the service provided, clients can contact the customer service team within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, both parties may resort to arbitration or mediation before taking any legal action.

**14. Force Majeure**  
DREAM HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES will not be held liable for any delays or disruptions in service delivery due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, or other acts of force majeure. Clients will be informed as soon as possible if such events occur, and alternative arrangements will be made to complete the service.

**15. Supervision Responsibility**  
The client is responsible for supervising children and pets during the service. The company will not be liable for any incidents that occur due to a lack of supervision. Clients are advised to take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all household members while the cleaning team is working.

**16. Data Sharing and Usage**

To receive services from Dream House Cleaning Services, customers are required to share certain information with our company. This includes their first name, last name, email address, phone number, address, and address location, which are necessary for operational purposes. Additionally, the email address and phone number will be used to send reminders and updates related to reservations, as well as information regarding discounts and promotions. Our company will send emails, app notifications, and WhatsApp messages. By creating an account through the system, you grant these permissions. Customers can delete their account or change their communication preferences at any time through the account settings menu.
